2000 Weinhaus Heger Pinot Noir
A very burgandian style Pinot Noir, with lots of earthyness and tobacco,
some mint and strong focus on the red cherry and raspberry components
of Pinot Noir. Strong on the nose and with very little oak that lets the
fruit flavors prevail, the wine is light yet flavorful on the palate.
A great compliment to grilled poultry and grilled fish or just as is.
